VEB Lease, LLC ("VEB Lease", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to providing top-tier leasing and rental solutions for trailers. This document outlines the terms and conditions ("Terms") under which we offer our services ("Services") to you ("Lessee").
By leasing equipment from us, you accept these Terms, which form a legally binding agreement between you and VEB Lease, LLC. These Terms apply to all transactions, including but not limited to leasing agreements, payments, and the use of our website.
The equipment provided under the lease remains the property of VEB Lease, LLC. The Lessee has the right to use the equipment per the lease specifics but cannot claim ownership.
Lessee agrees to timely pay all fees associated with the lease, including but not limited to rental fees, late charges, and any other applicable charges as detailed in the leasing agreement.
Lessee is responsible for the maintenance and repair of leased equipment, ensuring it remains in good working condition, except as otherwise provided in the lease agreement.
Lessee must maintain adequate insurance coverage for the leased equipment, naming VEB Lease, LLC as an additional insured and/or loss payee as appropriate.
Failure to meet the terms of the lease may result in default, allowing VEB Lease, LLC to exercise remedies including termination of the lease and repossession of the equipment.
VEB Lease, LLC provides the leased equipment "as is" without warranty of any kind. We limit our liability to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Lessee agrees to indemnify VEB Lease, LLC against all claims arising from the lease or use of the equipment.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any disputes must be resolved in Texas courts.
VEB Lease, LLC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time with notice.
